ServiceCtl has these characteristics:
- Offers the possibility to control services from the traybar.
- It is usable from a non-Administrator account. For the time starting and stopping a service, it impersonates to an Administrator account.
- The Administrator account data must be entered only once per ServiceCtl session.
- The Administrator password is never saved.
