ServiceCtl has these characteristics:

• Offers the possibility to control services from the traybar.
• It is usable from a non-Administrator account. For the time starting and stopping a service, it impersonates to an Administrator account.
• The Administrator account data must be entered only once per ServiceCtl session.
• The Administrator password is never saved.
